Commercial Marketing Manager

I'm working with a property investment and development company to find an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager.

This role is focused on delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns to support leasing across a flexible workspace and office portfolio in Central London. You'll work closely with leasing, development, and portfolio teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years in commercial property marketing, ideally including flex workspace

• Proven experience running 360 campaigns - brand, digital, print, events

• Strong stakeholder management and agency oversight

• Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI

• Able to hit the ground running and drive activity independently

The right person will be:

• Proactive, high-energy, and commercially minded

• Strategic but hands-on, with strong project management skills

• Results-driven and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
