Sales Consultant - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £36,599 - £38,525
Location: Twickenham, Wokingham & Reading

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Front-line sales role responsible for delivering the regional sales budget across multiple sites

• Covering locations in Twickenham, Wokingham, and Reading

• Focus on shared ownership and private sale homes

• Responsible for managing the customer journey from site launch through to completion

• Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with health & safety standards

• Key liaison with internal and external stakeholders across the sales process

• Office and show home management, including monitoring of void properties

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in shared ownership sales

• Strong understanding of the legal process around shared ownership and outright sales

• Background in both sales and customer service

• Experience supporting marketing and sales strategies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with IT systems and reporting tools

• A team player with the ability to work across a wide geographic area
