Development Manager - West End London
About Us
My client is a privately owned property company with a £500m portfolio of mixed-use investment properties in one of London's most prestigious areas. Founded in 2022, they believe the best way to create long-term value and ensure positive impact is to understand and respond to the connected needs of their customers, neighbourhoods and the planet.
Having built up significant ownership in their target area, they are strategically investing in, transforming, renovating, leasing and managing exceptional spaces with creativity and integrity. They're currently delivering a £30m redevelopment whilst running multiple refurbishments and upgrades to improve quality, leasing prospects, environmental performance and amenity across their portfolio.
Their culture is dynamic, creative and fast-paced. Those with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills will find this an exciting, challenging and fulfilling organisation to work for.
Their Vision: To create, curate and sustain inspiring neighbourhoods for people and businesses shaped by modern values
