The business currently operate with an experience Lettings Manager and an existing negotiator team. Within this position your role will be to focus on growing the existing portfolio and market share within the relevant patches. You will be working closely with your own business development team that will help generate market appraisals for your diary.

Role Overview:

As a Lettings Valuer, you'll be the face of the business in Nine Elms, responsible for:

• Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords

• Generating leads through local networking and proactive outreach

• Advising clients on the lettings process with confidence and expertise

• Working closely with directors and wider team to drive the department forward

• Covering key areas across SW London with a focus on customer service and conversion
