They are seeking a motivated Junior or Mid-Level Property Manager to become part of their vibrant, award-winning company. Working from their newly refurbished office in Barnet, you'll be supported by an inspiring Managing Director who fosters a lively, engaging environment-complete with a Karaoke machine and games console to encourage team relaxation and camaraderie. The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 140 properties directly
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Organise repairs and maintenance for the properties
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including deposit handling
- Conduct property inspections to ensure standards and compliance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including Gas Safety and EICR certifications
- Manage maintenance requests, repairs, and invoice processing
- Serve notices (tenant notice, Section 21)
- Monitor rent payments and follow up on arrears
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in residential lettings
- Full UK driving license and your own car are essential
The Package:
- £30,000 - £36,000 basic salary, with incentives for additional earnings
- Working hours options: 8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm, or 9am - 6pm
- One early finish day per week
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
