Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants to support lettings and occupancy targets.
Process applications, references, and tenancy agreements in line with company policies.
Support residents throughout their tenancy, from move-in to move-out.
Maintain accurate records of tenancy information and CRM system updates.
Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
Assist with on-site events, community engagement initiatives, and resident communications.
Support leasing and operational reporting as required by management.
Uphold GDPR and compliance standards across all leasing and customer service processes.
Previous experience in residential lettings, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with property management or lettings software is a plus.
A team player with a passion for delivering a positive resident experience.
