The Role

My client is seeking a dynamic operations leader to head up their Central Operations function in Manchester. You'll be responsible for leading and the core teams that are fundamental to their business success:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop managers and teams across the operational functions
• Drive operational excellence and service delivery standards
• Implement scalable processes and systems to support business growth
• Manage departmental P&L and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and expansion
• Optimize team performance through coaching and development programs
