This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to transition into a permanent role, offering excellent long-term career prospects within one of the UK's most respected residential developers.
Location: Barking
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Go Permanent)
Salary: Up to £31,000 + Commission (TBC)
Working Days: Thursday to Monday
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion
Guide buyers through the purchasing process, offering expert knowledge and support
Drive sales performance, working towards individual and team targets
Maintain show homes and sales areas to a high standard
Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in new homes sales is essential
A driven, proactive approach with a passion for property and customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work weekends as part of the Thursday-Monday rota
