Lettings & Sales Negotiator - BTR Development
Location: Stratford, East London
Salary: £28,000 + Commission OTE £50K
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We're partnering with a leading BTR and mixed-use residential scheme in East London to recruit a Lettings & Sales Negotiator. This role offers the chance to work at a high-quality development, home to luxury apartments, premium amenities, and a vibrant resident community.
The Role
The Lettings & Sales Negotiator will focus on short-term and long-term lettings while supporting a smaller volume of sales transactions. You'll be responsible for converting leads into tenancies or purchases, providing a premium, hospitality-inspired service from initial enquiry to move-in or completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings (Short & Long Term)
Manage all lettings enquiries across both short-stay and long-term rental offerings.
Conduct high-quality viewings that highlight the lifestyle and facilities of the development.
Negotiate rental terms and guide prospective tenants through the application process.
Sales (Small Volume)
Support a limited number of residential sales transactions as part of the wider team.
Assist in marketing and promoting available units for sale.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and buyers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
Maintain ongoing communication and build strong relationships with prospects.
Collaboration
Work closely with the property management, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure the site is always presented to the highest standard.
About You
Previous experience in lettings (BTR)
Confident handling both short-term and long-term lettings processes.
Experience in sales desirable but not essential.
Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
Knowledge of East London's rental and sales market is a plus.
