Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and appraise off-market and on-market land and property development opportunities.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies, financial appraisals, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions.</li><li>Negotiate land transactions, ensuring the best possible terms and structures.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.</li><li>Stay up to date with market trends, planning policy changes, and competitor activity to inform acquisition strategy.</li><li>Work collaboratively with teams and consultants, including planning, design, and construction, to maximise development potential.</li><li>Manage the acquisition process from initial site identification through to legal completion.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in land acquisition within the residential property development sector.</li><li>Strong track record in sourcing and securing development opportunities.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of planning policies and land valuation methods.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure deals.</li><li>Established network of industry contacts across North London and the Home Counties.</li><li>Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially focused.</li></ul>#320#220#120
