They are now looking to expand the Property & Asset Management team with an experienced Property Manager based in their Warrington office. The successful candidate will oversee a varied portfolio and play a key role in supporting the growth of infrastructure clients on a national scale.

Flexible Working

This role embraces hybrid working, typically, a Property Asset Manager will spend one to two days per week on site, two days in the office, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of mixed property portfolios, including residential assets.
  • Leasing and letting of property.
  • Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new assets into the portfolio.
  • Liaising with the Facilities Management team to ensure compliance checks are complete.
  • Organising improvement, repair, and maintenance work - including liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access, and ensuring works are completed.
  • Carrying out annual and periodic property inspections.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Producing accurate and timely client reports.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Undertaking site visits as required (meter readings, fire alarm tests, contractor meetings, and inspections).

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally MRICS, AssocRICS, or MARLA qualified.
  • Extensive property asset management experience (or closely related experience).
  • Strong background working with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional, and flexible environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car is essential.
