We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of private properties on behalf of a high-net-worth family. The role involves managing all construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across multiple residences in London and Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction, refurbishment, and maintenance works across multiple high-value properties
Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers from tender to completion
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure top-level presentation at all times
Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and report on project progress
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
Act as a trusted point of contact for the family's representatives and external advisors
About You:
Strong track record in managing building contracts within luxury residential, estate, or private household settings
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, procurement, and contract administration
Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
