What you'll do:
Meet and guide customers through their new home journey, from enquiry to completion.
Manage viewings, reservations, and sales progression independently.
Deliver an excellent customer experience, ensuring sales targets are met.
What we're looking for
A proven sales professional (property/new homes experience preferred, but not essential).
Confident working independently on site.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Flexible to work weekends (essential).
Package:
Basic Salary: £31,000 per annum, paid as an hourly rate (£15.00 + holiday pay)
- Weekly pay, every Friday.
Commission: £250 per plot (OTE £40k+)
Hours: 10am-5pm, every weekend + 3 weekdays (Tues/Wed standard days off)
