We're looking for a driven New Homes Sales Consultant to start on 12th September through to the end of October, with the exciting potential to go permanent. You'll be joining a fantastic, supportive team in a fast-paced sales environment.

This role is ideal if you're:

• Looking to gain more experience within new homes sales, or

• Seeking a permanent role but want something to keep you ticking over in the meantime.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming buyers to the development and providing a first-class customer journey

• Conducting viewings, presenting the development, and highlighting key selling points

• Guiding purchasers through the process - from initial enquiry to reservation and progression

• Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and ensuring they feel confident and informed

• Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and support site success

Who we're looking for:

• Someone with new homes sales experience (or strong property experience in estate agency or lettings)

• A polished, professional individual who is confident meeting and guiding buyers

• Organised and proactive, able to manage enquiries and keep on top of sales progression

• Personable and driven, with a can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also work independently on site

Package details:

• Salary up to £30k (reflected as an hourly rate)

• If the role goes permanent, you'll receive commission on top

• Rota on a rolling basis, offering variety and flexibility
