The Opportunity
This is a high-profile, client-facing leadership role for a commercially astute investment professional who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. You will be the lead institutional sales contact, responsible for originating and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
You'll have the scope to shape the fundraising platform's future direction - driving capital raising across funds and direct deals, spearheading strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless deal execution in collaboration with Origination, Legal, Finance, and Compliance. This is both a strategic and hands-on position, offering visibility at board level and the chance to make a measurable impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts across existing and future real estate funds and direct deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, consultants, and institutional partners.
- Consolidate a sustainable network of funding line providers to support lending objectives.
- Represent the business at investor meetings, marketing events, and roadshows.
- Partner with Origination, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Contribute to new product initiatives and geographic expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials, investment memorandums, and financial models.
About You
You are a high-energy deal maker with the credibility, network, and technical expertise to raise significant capital in private markets. You combine deep product knowledge with the relationship skills to engage the most sophisticated investors.
- ESSENTIAL 6+ years' experience in Private Banking, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Fixed Income Sales/Research.
- Proven track record in fundraising or investor relations within private markets.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- Commercially sharp with a thorough understanding of credit/structured products.
- Exceptional communicator with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the adaptability to engage a diverse investor base.
- Thrives in a high-growth, lean, entrepreneurial environment, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
