We are seeking a professional and motivated Mandarin-speaking New Homes Sales Consultant to join a market-leading, high-end developer on one of their flagship developments in Shepherd's Bush. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious brand, supporting their international sales team with viewings and client interactions.

Location: Shepherd's Bush, London
Rate: £14-£15 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Part-time, 2-3 days per week (September with potential to extend into October)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for international clients, ensuring a polished and professional experience.

• Build rapport with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the development and surrounding area.

• Support the sales team with administrative duties, follow-up calls, and preparing sales documentation.

• Represent the brand to the highest standard, maintaining the developer's reputation for quality and excellence.

• Assist in progressing sales and liaising with the wider sales and marketing teams.

Experience Required

• Previous property or new homes sales experience is essential.

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

• Confident presenting to high-net-worth clients and handling enquiries with professionalism.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Well-presented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
