Customer Service & Sales Representative
Reports To: General Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days
Key Teams: Leasing, Facilities, Operations, Finance
About the Role
Join a dynamic residential rental community as the face of exceptional customer service. You'll welcome residents and visitors, manage the leasing process, and create a vibrant community atmosphere in our co-working lounge, gym, and communal spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Administration

Handle all enquiries via email and phone with professionalism
Conduct property viewings and manage resident expectations
Process applications, complete background and credit checks
Prepare check-in/check-out reports and property inventories
Arrange utility connections and council tax communications
Support rent collection and deposit management

Customer Excellence

Manage reception area and provide warm welcome to all visitors
Resolve resident issues within 24 hours
Exceed service expectations through proactive communication
Organize community events and recognize long-term residents
Handle complaints and provide process improvement feedback
Maintain regular 5-star property reviews

Property Management

Conduct scheduled flat inspections and safety compliance checks
Assist with reactive maintenance and property upkeep
Monitor general cleanliness and report deficiencies
Support planned maintenance procedures

What We're Looking For
Essential:

Property lettings or hospitality experience
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Microsoft Office and property management system proficiency
Weekend and holiday availability

Preferred:

Private residential sector experience
Property management software knowledge (Yardi preferred)
Sales and product promotion confidence

Key Performance Indicators

Direct let retention rates
Monthly occupancy levels
Customer satisfaction scores and reviews
Arrears and bad debt percentages
