Field Sales Manager - Residential Developer
£45,000 basic + £20,000 commission (OTE £65,000)
5-day week (Saturday - Wednesday)
We are working with a respected house builder who is looking to appoint a Field Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills, excellent system knowledge, and a passion for new homes sales to step into a role with real responsibility and career growth.
The Role:
As Field Sales Manager, you'll be a key support to the senior leadership team and will play a pivotal role in driving sales success across multiple developments. Your responsibilities will include:
Training, mentoring, and supporting new members of the sales team
Acting as CRM (Salesforce) superuser, providing system support and ensuring data accuracy
Compiling and distributing weekly sales figures to the management team
Assisting with new site launches and sales strategies
Supporting with recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Working collaboratively with site sales teams to maximise performance
About You:
Experienced in new homes sales, ideally with some supervisory or team support experience
Strong IT and CRM skills (Salesforce experience desirable)
Confident communicator and natural leader with the ability to motivate others
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
Flexible to work Saturdays through Wednesdays (Thurs & Fri off)

Basic salary of £45,000
