For someone who has recently qualified and already gained exposure to BTR or PBSA, this is a chance to step into true business partnering - influencing decision-making at the sharp end of a growing portfolio.
The role will involve:
Partnering directly with budget holders in Build to Rent and Build to Sell (with BTR as the long-term focus).
Leading on budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
Presenting financial analysis in a clear and commercial way to non-finance stakeholders.
Improving processes and embedding best practice across the commercial finance function.
Supporting investment and cashflow analysis for new developments.
What we're looking for:
Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
Experience gained in the living sectors (BTR, PBSA, residential).
Strong communication skills - able to influence senior non-finance stakeholders.
A problem-solver with the initiative to shape processes in a growing function.
