About the opportunity
A leading New Homes specialist agency is seeking experienced property professionals to join as self-employed partners in their established and rapidly growing business model. This company exclusively focuses on new homes sales, eliminating the complexities of chains, vendor emotions, and lengthy completion processes that plague traditional estate agency.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and sell from extensive portfolio of new homes developments
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers across London
  • Pitch to developers to secure exclusive sales mandates
  • Provide strategic advice to developers on marketing and sales approaches
  • Utilise established social media campaigns and lead generation systems
  • Manage buyer relationships through comprehensive CRM system
  • Attend monthly team meetings in central London
  • Develop expertise in new homes market dynamics and buyer requirements


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in NEW HOMES property sales
  • Proven track record of working with developers and new build properties
  • Strong understanding of new homes sales processes and completion timelines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build own business
  • Ability to advise developers on property marketing strategies
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
