Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 4 Days in Office, 1 Day working from home
Salary: £26,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonus

Based at their Head Office in Chelmsford, with travel to other branches, this role offers the perfect opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to take the next step in their career.

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Lettings Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Essex. You'll be the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and exceptional service delivery from move-in to move-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across our lettings division
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance, tenancy queries, and renewals
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, inspections, and compliance requirements
• Support the lettings progression process from application through to tenancy start
• Ensure properties are compliant with current legislation and company standards
• Maintain accurate records via our property management system
• Handle deposit deductions and end-of-tenancy processes professionally

About You:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential, preferably across a lettings portfolio within an Estate Agent
• Strong understanding of the lettings lifecycle, from progression to tenancy management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
• Confident using property management software and digital systems
• A team player with a customer-first attitude
• ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
