The Role:We are seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team, selling premium properties at our exclusive South West London development. You'll be at the forefront of our sales operation, working with discerning clients seeking luxury homes in one of London's most desirable areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings and presentations for high-end residential properties
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and investors
• Negotiate sales terms and guide clients through the purchasing process
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Collaborate with our marketing team to maximize property exposure
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales activity

What We're Looking For:

• Proven new homes sales experience essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional presentation and confident demeanor
• Drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of South West London property market advantageous
• Full UK driving license preferred
