This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with long-term developments and consistent stock to sell - ideal for someone looking for both stability and earning potential.

• Up to £32,000 basic, depending on experience

• Realistic £20,000 commission on top

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in property or new homes is desirable

• We're also open to applications from those with cabin crew or luxury retail backgrounds who are looking to transition into new homes sales

• A natural relationship-builder with a strong focus on customer experience

• Confident, well-presented and target-driven

• Able to work weekends (with one weekend off per month)
