Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our lettings portfolio
• Market Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Kensington & Chelsea property landscape, market trends, and pricing
• Viewings & Negotiations: Conduct viewings and skillfully negotiate terms that benefit both landlords and tenants
• Administrative Excellence: Ensure all documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative processes are completed to the highest standards
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver seamless client experiences
• Brand Representation: Uphold our company's reputation through professional presentation and exemplary client service

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally within the Kensington & Chelsea market
