This role will suit an ambitious Sales Consultant who is confident selling off-plan, enjoys nurturing relationships, and is looking to take the next step in their career.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering a premium customer experience from enquiry through to completion
Hosting viewings and appointments, presenting the lifestyle and vision of the scheme
Proactively managing and nurturing a database of buyers
Selling off-plan with confidence, guiding purchasers through every stage
Working collaboratively within a supportive and growing team
About You
Experience in new homes sales with a housebuilder or agency (2 years preferred, 12+ months considered)
Confident, proactive, and well-presented
Comfortable selling a vision before a physical product is available
Strong communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
Knowledge of the Bath property market and experience with downsizers is an advantage
A team player who is trustworthy, professional, and results-driven

Up to £32,000 basic salary + £55,000 OTE
