💼 The Role
As Sales Operations & Office Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business, making sure the office runs smoothly while supporting the sales team. You'll be the first friendly face clients see when they walk in, and the steady hand behind the scenes that keeps everything on track.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Being the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and partners
Overseeing office supplies, maintenance, and presentation
Supporting the sales team with admin, correspondence, and deal progression
Handling AML checks and ensuring compliance processes are followed
Coordinating key management, audits, and records
Supporting new starters, leavers, and Saturday staff handovers
Helping foster a collaborative, supportive team culture

Understands and can confidently manage AML compliance
