£45,000 + 10% bonus | Monday-Friday, 35 hours | Flexible working considered

We're representing a leading residential operator who is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join their flagship development in Elephant and Castle. The scheme is home to around 600 apartments and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team delivering an exceptional resident experience.

As Leasing Manager, you'll oversee the full lettings process - from marketing and enquiries through to viewings, negotiations, renewals, and compliance. You'll manage a small team and work closely with on-site colleagues to create a welcoming community, ensuring residents receive first-class service at every stage of their journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong residential leasing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The role is varied, combining hands-on lettings with community-building initiatives and performance reporting.

What we're looking for:

• Proven background in residential leasing/lettings.

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of lettings compliance, referencing, and Right to Rent.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using CRM systems.

• Proactive, dynamic, and team-focused.
