Senior Sales Advisor
Location: Surrey
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 basic, £60,000 OTE
Contract: Full-time, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

Key responsibilities
- Conduct professional sales consultations with prospective homebuyers
- Guide customers through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry to completion
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Support marketing events and show home presentations
Requirements
- Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
- Demonstrated customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a small team
- Humble attitude with willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Weekend availability is required
- Full UK driving licence
