New Homes Sales Consultant - Fixed-Term Contract (12 months) - London

Salary: £37,244 + £200 per sale (OTE £15-20K)
Contract: 12 months, with potential to go permanent
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday | 10am-6pm (Thursdays 11am-7pm)
Days off: Sunday + Monday
Locations: Choose from Kidbrooke, Finsbury Park, or Croydon
We're hiring a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a high-performing, genuinely supportive team across some of London's most exciting Shared Ownership residential developments.
You'll be the face of the brand; from managing enquiries, hosting viewings, and closing deals. Expect variety, too. You'll rotate across developments every few months, building your experience and network fast.
What you'll do:
Manage the full sales journey, from enquiry to exchange.
Conduct viewings and build strong customer relationships.
Hit key performance targets (viewings, calls, weekly deals).
Work closely with your site team to keep things running smoothly.
