Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 basic, £56,000 OTE
Contract: Full-time

About the opportunity

A fantastic opportunity to join an established and highly regarded residential developer on a busy site in the East London/Essex border area. You'll be part of a professional and customer-focused sales team, helping buyers through the journey of purchasing their new home.

This is an ideal role for someone with at least one year of experience in new homes sales who's looking to work with a premium product in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective buyers in the marketing suite and show homes
• Conduct professional sales presentations and consultations
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to completion
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication
• Liaise with site and back-office teams to ensure a seamless buying experience
• Achieve personal and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM systems
• Assist with marketing initiatives and event days

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in new homes sales (essential)
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated, well-organised, and results-driven
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Comfortable working weekends as part of a regular rota
