New Homes Sales Executive
Salary: Up to £38,000 basic, OTE £70,000+
Hours: 9:45-5:15 / 10:00-5:00 (Monday & Tuesdays off)
Location: Crankbrook, Kent (with weekly travel to Head Office in Reigate on Wednesdays)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
The Role
An experienced Sales Executive is required to join the team at a luxury development in Kent. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who thrives in a premium, lifestyle-led sales environment.
You will guide clients through the entire sales journey - from initial enquiry to exchange - ensuring a professional, tailored customer experience. Detailed property viewings (typically lasting around 4 hours) are a key part of the role, along with explaining the construction process and highlighting the unique features of each home.
This opportunity suits professionals with experience in new homes, retirement, or later-living property sales where relationship building and lifestyle selling are essential.
Package & Commission
- Basic salary up to £38,000
- OTE £70,000+
- Commission paid 100% on exchange:
- £500 per unit (£500k-£1.5m)
- £1,500 per unit (£1.5m-£2m)
- £5,000 per unit (£2m-£2.5m)
About You
- Proven sales background with excellent communication skills (phone and in-person).
- Experience in new homes, retirement, or later-living property sales is preferred.
- Passionate about delivering a high-end, personalised customer experience.
- Able to clearly explain technical details of construction and home design.
- Professional, personable, and motivated to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, in-depth property viewings and provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of each home.
- Deliver an outstanding customer journey from enquiry through to exchange.
- Confidently explain construction processes and property features.
- Convert enquiries into reservations and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales progression team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Attend Head Office in Reigate weekly (Wednesdays).
