The Role
As Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for guiding buyers through every stage of the sales process - from initial enquiry through to exchange - ensuring an exceptional, bespoke experience throughout.
This is not a fast-paced volume role. Instead, you'll focus on quality interactions and lifestyle-led selling, with in-depth viewings and a chance to showcase the unique features of every home.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional, in-depth property viewings.
Deliver a seamless customer journey, from first contact to completion.
Confidently explain the build process and design features.
Convert enquiries into reservations and achieve sales targets.
Work closely with the dedicated progression team to ensure smooth transactions.

Strong sales background, ideally within new homes, retirement, or lifestyle property.
Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience.
Personable, professional, and confident in building long-term relationships.
Comfortable explaining design and construction details in a clear, engaging way.
