Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic depending on experience plus bonus.

About Us
My client is a leading property consultancy, specialising in high-end residential services, including property buying, investing, managed sales, property management, and rental search.
With a reputation for excellence, discretion, and white-glove service, they are now looking for a Property Manager to join our Property Management team.
This is a hybrid role that will involve managing our buy-to-let portfolio while also supporting the Private Client Property Management division. This is not a desk-bound role - you'll be actively involved in property inspections, liaising and supervision of contractors, and ensuring client properties are meticulously cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small diverse portfolio of prime residential properties in Prime Central London, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee day-to-day property management activities, including repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, and rent collections.
- Support the management of private client portfolios, working closely with the Head of Department to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail and discretion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring excellent and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate property records and spreadsheets for financials, maintenance schedules, and compliance tracking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring landlords, tenants, and clients receive a first-class my client experience.
- Handle confidential client information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Be comfortable working on-site across multiple properties-this is not a 9-to-5 desk job!
- Flexibility is key-some early starts or late finishes may be required depending on client needs.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Property management experience- Knowledge of property management legislation, regulations, and property-related technical matters.
- Experience within private household - Experience within a private household or from a HNW/UHNW background would be highly advantageous. They are seeking candidates who understand the expectations, discretion, and service standards required when working with private clients and in prime residential environments.
- Strong administrative skills- must be highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft365 and CRM system-comfortable managing and using spreadsheets for property records and willing to learn their CRM system (Reapit).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills-able to liaise confidently with UHNW clients and service providers.
- Self-motivated and adaptable- Able to handle varied responsibilities and shifting priorities and working independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a high level of attention to detail.

The Property Manager role is based in my clients Mayfair office, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional after-hours requirements. The role is largely field based, with most days spent attending and managing properties across the portfolio. The position reports directly to the Head of Private Clients - Property Management and the Managing Director.
