• Previous experience in property marketing strategy and campaign development: creating and executing marketing plans for consumer brands, with a focus on digital and traditional channels.
• Strong skills in writing and editing content for websites, email campaigns, and social media, along with confident presentation abilities for client interactions and reporting to senior leadership.
• Expertise in social media content, including community management and influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget, along with experience in budget forecasting and CMS systems management.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, local partners, and key clients.
