Senior New Homes Sales Consultant
Location: Upminster, Essex
Salary: £40,000 basic + commission (OTE c. £50,000)
Hours: Full-time, every weekend with two days off during the week (flexible)
Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Executive looking to step up into a senior role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious development in Essex, representing a highly regarded house builder on one of their flagship schemes.
We're looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Senior New Homes Sales Consultant. You'll be the face of the development, guiding purchasers through the entire buying journey while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
What you'll be doing:
Selling new homes to prospective buyers and consistently achieving sales targets
Delivering a five-star customer experience from enquiry to completion
Presenting the sales suite and show homes to the highest standard
Managing sales progression and liaising with solicitors, brokers, and purchasers
Keeping accurate sales records and administration to company standards
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in new homes sales, with a track record of success
Well-presented, polished, and confident in front of customers
Target-driven, ambitious, and able to work under pressure
Strong organisational and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends (with two days off during the week)
What's on offer:
£40,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £50,000
