£29,000 basic + £22,000 commission (OTE £51,000)
3 out of 4 weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with buyers and guide them through the full home-buying process

• Conduct site tours and present the development and available plots

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor plans, specifications, and the local area

• Handle the full sales process from enquiry to completion

• Liaise with internal sales and construction teams to ensure smooth handovers

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or lettings is essential

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working weekends as part of a rota
