Acquisitions Associate - Retirement Living Rentals

Location: South East & East Anglia (field-based)
Salary: £40-50k + commission | OTE: £75-100k

The Opportunity

My client is a property investment company who are launching an exciting new retirement living rental platform. The brief is targeting 10-15 acquisitions monthly across prime locations in the South East and East Anglia.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source age-restricted retirement apartments through estate agents, auctions, and direct approaches
• Conduct market research and negotiate heavily discounted purchases
• Build and maintain relationships with key property contacts
• Manage a high-volume acquisitions pipeline
• Deliver regular reports to senior management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years property acquisitions or estate agency experience
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Organised, methodical approach to pipeline management
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
• Hunger for deals and proven ability to hit volume targets
