Sales Negotiator - West London

Location: West London (On-site role)
Salary: £29,000 basic (rising to £31,000 post-probation) + £26,000 commission
Working Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm including every weekend

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator with genuine sales hunger to join our high-performing team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by exceptional earning potential.

What We Offer

• Starting salary of £29,000, increasing to £31,000 after successful completion of probation

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate sales deals from initial enquiry through to successful completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct viewings and provide expert guidance to customers
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
