Our client is a market leading main contractor, seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join their site team on one of their most iconic developments in Cental London. This is a high-profile opportunity to work with one of London most respected developers on a major residential scheme.

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the external envelope works, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all façade-related elements. To be considered for this role, you must have experience with facade and external packages. Your focus will be on quality, safety, and programme, working closely with subcontractors and reporting into senior site leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee final aspects of façade installation, including completion of facade installation, balcony paving, glass install, roof coping install and managing edefects/ QA checks

• Ensure quality and compliance across all façade elements

• Manage the sequence of works and monitor subcontractor progress

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Plan work scopes 2-4 weeks ahead, flagging and resolving potential clashes or delays

• Ensure all work meets high standards for quality and safety

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience managing landscaping and traditional brickwork façades on large-scale residential schemes

• Solid understanding of scaffold requirements and safe striking methods

• Experience overseeing and sequencing window installations

• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work under pressure and to programme
