New Homes Sales Advisor - Bristol City Centre Development (Temporary Contract)

- 10am-5pm Weekdays | 10am-4pm Weekends
- Temporary Contract - Full-Time, 5 Days (Weekends required with midweek days off)

You'll be the front face of a flagship new homes development in the city, selling high-quality, design-led homes to both buyers and investors.
In this project/contract role you'll gain boutique scheme experience, commission per sale, and a chance to show your ability in a fast-moving market. For the right person, this could lead to future projects or permanent opportunities.

What you'll do:
Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry to reservation to completion.
Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and investors.
Become the go-to expert on the development, floor plans, and NHQB standards.
Work towards and exceed sales targets in a supportive team environment.

Property sales experience (new homes, estate agency, lettings, or real estate).
Confident, proactive, and motivated by hitting targets.
Personable and professional with buyers and investors alike.
Comfortable working weekends (with midweek days off).
