International Sales Coordinator - Mandarin Speaking

North West London | Up to £35k basic + bonus | Monday - Friday

We are looking for an organised and motivated International Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end progression of international property sales, ensuring clients, agents, and partners receive an exceptional experience from reservation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international sales progression, ensuring all exchanges and completions are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, solicitors, and internal teams to keep sales on track.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
• Support international launches and client engagement events.
• Track and report on progress, providing updates to the Head of International Sales and senior managers.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate potential risks or delays where necessary.
• Assist with general sales administration, including correspondence, reports, agendas, and trackers.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the wider international sales team.

About You

• Previous experience in property sales progression, coordination, or administration (international experience desirable).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver who can anticipate issues and find solutions quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or tools such as Unlatch (preferred but not essential).
