We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a luxury development in Cambridge as a Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential for additional working days, perfect for someone seeking flexibility or further exposure to the property market.

Job Title: Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant (Temp)
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £13 per hour +holiday pay
Working Hours: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Additional days may be available)
Contract: Ongoing Temp until Development Sells Out

About the Role:
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the development, providing exceptional customer service and guiding potential buyers through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in helping clients find their perfect home, and contribute to the successful sales of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet prospective buyers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Guide customers through the different properties, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Answer queries on product specifications, availability, and other related topics.

  • Ensure the sales suite is maintained to a high standard.

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and sales presentations.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, managing leads through the sales process.

  • Work closely with the sales team and developers to meet targets and exceed sales expectations.

  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous property sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous.

  • A strong interest in new homes and the property market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A professional appearance with a customer-centric approach.

  • Availability to work Wednesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility for extra days if required.
