My client is a leading boutique developer, known for creating high-specification, design-led homes across Kent & West Sussex, who are now looking for an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a key front-facing role for a polished and driven property sales professional who can offer an exceptional, consultative experience to buyers from first enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales journey for new homes, from initial enquiry to completion
Deliver a tailored, high-quality service to a discerning client base
Conduct private viewings, manage the sales suite, and support marketing activity
Liaise with solicitors, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates
Share buyer feedback and market insight to shape sales strategy
About You
Proven success in new homes sales, ideally in the premium market
Professional, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven
Able to work weekends
Familiarity with the local property market is an advantage
