Quantity Surveyor - High end Residential
Up to £70,000 + Package

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a small team working on a high-end residential development in South West London (68 units). You'll be working alongside a Commercial Lead to help manage the financial and contractual side of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Commercial Lead with managing costs, budgets, and contracts
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and final accounts
• Manage procurement and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Prepare reports and assist with documentation for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

About You:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant Surveyor ready for the next step)
• Experience in residential development (high-end experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
