We're looking for an exceptional Resident Host to join our front-of-house team in Liverpool! As the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, home-like atmosphere from the moment people arrive.
What You'll Do
🏠 Welcome & Host - Be the friendly face greeting residents and visitors as they arrive and depart, ensuring everyone feels at home
📞 Customer Service Excellence - Handle all day-to-day enquiries from maintenance requests to parcel deliveries with charm and professionalism
🏢 Property Management - Conduct apartment tours, manage leasing enquiries, and maintain communal spaces to the highest standards
👥 Community Building - Actively engage with residents to build lasting relationships and help organise community events
🔧 Operations Support - Coordinate repairs, manage bookings for communal spaces, handle guest access arrangements, and oversee move-in/move-out processes

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing reception and communal workspace areas
Conducting property tours and handling leasing enquiries
Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor arrangements
Processing parcel deliveries and secure mail distribution
Monitoring gym and communal areas for safety and proper use
Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
Supporting emergency procedures and health & safety protocols
Organising and assisting with resident events
