Leasing Executive

📍 Milton Keynes | £30,000 basic + up to £10,000 KPI bonus + 10% discretionary year-end bonus

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday (with 1 day off in lieu during the week)

The Opportunity

We're working with a market-leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator who are looking for an ambitious Leasing Executive to join their flagship 310-apartment development in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales or lettings experience to take ownership of the full leasing journey - from initial enquiry, through to move-in, renewals, and beyond. You'll be the face of the community, ensuring a seamless resident experience and driving occupancy and revenue performance.

You'll report directly into the General Manager, with the chance to present strategies, rent analysis, and performance insights directly to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from enquiry to check-out.

• Respond promptly to prospective residents and conduct engaging viewings.

• Negotiate rental offers and manage applicant vetting.

• Coordinate online marketing campaigns and liaise with third-party agents.

• Analyse market rents and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Oversee renewals, communications, and resident engagement.

• Ensure apartments are always presented to a high standard.

• Support with resident communications, events, and community-building.

• Deliver accurate reporting and performance updates to the General Manager.

• Handle check-in and check-out processes, including deposit return decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or lettings experience (PBSA, BTR, or property sector preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).

• Professional, well-presented, and resident-focused.

• Experience conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
