What You'll Do
Lead and inspire on-site teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Manage property operations including health & safety, compliance, and financial performance
Drive sales and occupancy to achieve revenue targets and maximise bookings
Build strong relationships with students, universities, and internal teams
Support new property launches and ensure seamless operations
What We're Looking For
Proven team management experience in hospitality, student accommodation, or property
Customer-obsessed mindset with outstanding service delivery track record
Strong financial acumen (budgets, forecasts, P&Ls)
Confident communicator across all channels
Sales-focused, KPI-driven, and target-motivated
Tech-savvy with CRM & Microsoft Office experience
