Temporary Property Manager | Prime Central London | October Start

• Location: Knightsbridge, London
• Minimum 6 week contract: August - end of September, likely rolling into Autumn
• Part Time Hours: 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm)
• Up to £35,000 pro rota = £134 per day, plus holiday, paid weekly.

What you'll do:

• Manage AST lettings within a high-end residential portfolio.

• Prepare tenancy paperwork, renewals & compliance docs.

• Liaise with landlords, tenants & contractors.

• Log & progress maintenance issues.

• Use Reapit to manage files, tasks & correspondence.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of property managment AST processes.

• Background with premium brands (e.g. Savills, Knight Frank, Dexters).

• Confident, polished, professional - able to hit the ground running.
