Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Director
(Façades, Fire Safety & Building Envelope Solutions)
Our client is a innovative and growth-focused company in the built environment sector, we're recruiting a senior sales leader to drive new business across fire safety, façades, architectural cladding/glazing and retrofit opportunities.
The Opportunity
Lead business development and sales growth across new build, retrofit & repurposing projects.
Own the sales pipeline: from new client acquisition, key accounts, through to securing high-value contracts.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with consultants, developers, investors, project managers, surveyors.
Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams to align sales and strategy.
Represent the client at industry forums, exhibitions, and other high-profile events.
You Should Have
A strong, proven track record in B2B / B2C sales, ideally in façade / cladding / glazing / fire safety sectors.
Experience of specification-led sales and influencing at technical and board level.
Skilled at navigating procurement in both private and public sectors.
Excellent communicator and negotiator; capable of closing complex deals.
Proficiency with CRM/tools such as HubSpot.
Desirable but not essential: technical understanding of façade systems, glazing, compliance & performance principles.
