What You'll Be Doing:
- Relationship Powerhouse - Become the trusted advisor to key accounts, building long-term partnerships that drive mutual success and revenue growth
- Strategic Problem Solver - Handle escalated client concerns with finesse, turning challenges into opportunities and maintaining those crucial relationships
- Growth Detective - Identify untapped potential within existing accounts, working collaboratively to maximise opportunities and expand service offerings
- Data-Driven Decision Maker - Create compelling weekly and monthly reports that showcase wins, highlight opportunities, and inform strategic direction
- Collaborative Champion - Work closely with fee earners, business development teams, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Brand Ambassador - Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events, strengthening the company's reputation and market presence
- Revenue Guardian - Maintain commercial focus whilst forecasting and maximising income across your portfolio of accounts
- Relationship Builder - Regular face-to-face meetings with key accounts to ensure they remain a priority focus (hence the car allowance!)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in account management/customer relationship and Estate Agency experience
- Natural problem-solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in target-driven environments
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Self-motivated team player who thrives independently
- Knowledge of property/conveyancing would be advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence (essential for client visits)
